Request a case review

The person who answers you is the one reading your file

In short

A London practice that took the Nordic desk seriously.

We work on money placed with trading, investment and digital-asset platforms, for clients across Europe, with the Nordic desk at the centre of it. A small team runs the whole of it — whoever reads your first message is the one who writes the letters, so nothing is explained twice and nobody inherits a file they have not read.

Our team

Who you will be writing to.

One reads the file, one keeps you informed in your own language, one makes sure the paperwork is complete before it goes anywhere.

Callum Petrie, who leads case review at Redalis

Callum Petrie

Reads the file • Builds the account of events • Decides what we can argue

Spends most of his week matching transfers to statements and messages until the sequence holds together. He is the one who says whether a case is worth opening.

Marit Lindqvist, who runs the Nordic intake desk at Redalis

Marit Lindqvist

First reply • Swedish, Norwegian and Danish • Keeps you posted

Answers the enquiries and stays with the client afterwards. Most people write to her in their own language and would rather not translate the worst month of their year into English.

Aleksi Vartiainen, who runs the Finnish desk at Redalis

Aleksi Vartiainen

Finnish • Reads the platform correspondence • Writes the account of events

Takes the Finnish enquiries and the long chat logs nobody wants to translate. Much of what decides a case is buried in the messages the platform sent, and someone has to read all of them in the language they were written in.

Requests to institutions • Deadlines • Nothing sent half-finished

Prepares what goes out to banks, payment providers and exchanges, and chases the replies. Institutions refuse incomplete requests far more often than weak ones, which is why this is a job of its own.
